Mark Murphy and Partner has recently introduced a fantastic new range of pasta produced by Bertarini in Italy, the company first set up a tortellini factory in 1961 and due to the success and quality of the pasta they started to export there product abroad at the same time Neil Armstrong set foot on the moon 1969.
After only 8 years the company felt that it could boost sales by the introduction of a second factory which would solely focus on the production of Gnocchi. By the year 2002 the company was exporting to 50 countries worldwide and producing 8 million kilograms per annum by the end of 2010.
